We’ve created custom acrylic panel signs that come in clear, frosted, or coloured finishes.

For instance, the SickKids Hospital project featured 9mm clear acrylic mounted on standoffs combined with an aluminum composite material (ACM) back panel and 3D brushed aluminum letters. This design allowed them to incorporate their blue brand colour and the information with raised aluminum lettering for a nice appearance.

Other acrylic panel sign options we’ve created include printed vinyl applied to ACM backings with 3D painted letters and logos, such as the Subaru project. It was mounted with standoffs for added depth.

For AXIS Performance and training, we utilized clear acrylic with a vinyl logo on the face and an ACM panel behind for a sleek layered effect. We also print or cut frosted acrylic on the back to create a more dimensional look. When combined with vinyl lettering on the front—such as in projects we completed for Hand in Knead and AutoNiche—it enhances depth and visual appeal.
