Lobby Signs

Create a great first impression

Lobby signs are a core element of interior branding and often serve as the first visual touchpoint for clients and visitors. Installed in reception areas, entrance walls, or behind front desks, they communicate a company’s identity with clarity and professionalism. These signs are frequently used to display logos, taglines, or business names in a way that aligns with the organization’s broader visual language.

Our material selection plays a central role in both the aesthetics and practicality of lobby signs. Some common choices we provide include painted acrylic, brushed or polished aluminum, formed plastic, stainless steel, anodized finishes (like gold or bronze), PVC, and wood. Each material brings its own visual tone and texture, whether it’s a matte contemporary finish or a more traditional metallic sheen. Frosted acrylic and 3D elements are often added for additional depth and detail.

Examples like the Caravans sign—featuring black acrylic with an anodized gold laminate face—highlight how design can impact material performance and installation techniques.

This configuration allowed for greater letter thickness with reduced weight and enabled installation using double-sided tape instead of pins. Some of our other projects include brushed aluminum logos, acrylic panels with raised lettering, and layered ACM (aluminum composite material) cut-outs. In Gabriel’s case, the 88-inch-wide sign was mounted on a painted wall matched precisely to their corporate branding. It’s the perfect example that shows how signage integrates into larger design schemes.

Lobby signs are particularly common in professional service offices, corporate headquarters, hospitality environments, and healthcare settings where visual consistency and a strong first impression are priorities. They are more than decorative—they are part of how a space communicates who you are and what you stand for.
